For 30+ years I've enjoyed a challenging and varied journey working in Tech with companies from small startups to Fortune 500 across various industries in the for-profit and nonprofit sectors.  During that time, I've been a software engineer and architect, program manager, PMO manager, product delivery lead and held multiple senior IT leadership roles.  My work has covered nearly all areas of IT ranging from green field software development to large complex business system transformation and infrastructure replacement. Throughout my career, I've developed a strong skillset in project management, Agile, Lean and many quality and continuous improvement practices.  With this background, I've helped organizations to work through ambiguity, complexity and a wide array of challenges to improve ways of working and reach impactful outcomes, such as:
